My trip to Bath part 1
It’s a lovely part of the world. Lots of green, and old beige buildings with Roman pillars over half of them (most of which were probably made long after the Romans left).
The park by the huge crescent building is where I, spurred on by a Jean-Paul Satre novel, had an existential revelation and wandered around the park feeling at one with the universe. I felt so cosmically small and it was delightful. It’s something that very much just happened in the moment and is hard to describe without sounding like I was high off my face.
